Who is responsible
The company named above is the controller for personal data processed through this website. For privacy questions, email us at the address listed.
What data we process
- Contact and quote form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), whether you are a household or a business, and your message.
- Free design request: your business name and sector, what the site should do, your current website or social media (optional), your name, email address and phone number (optional).
- WhatsApp: if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your message under its own privacy policy.
- Website check: the address you enter is measured by Google PageSpeed Insights directly from your browser. We neither receive nor store it.
- Phone and email: whatever you tell or send us so we can help.
- Remote support: during a session we see your screen. We only look at what is needed to solve the problem and keep no recordings.
We use no analytics or advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites.
Why
We only use your data to answer your question, prepare a quote or help you. The legal basis is your request to get in touch (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in following up with customers.
How long
Form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your question, and at most two years after that unless you become a customer. Customer data is kept as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.
Who has access
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. What you enter in a form, including any file you attach, reaches us through Cloudflare as an email sent by Brevo (France). Cloudflare and Brevo process data on our behalf. Transfers outside the EU, as with Cloudflare, use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share your data for marketing.
Your rights
You may access, correct or erase your data, and you can object to the processing. Email us to do so. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
